The entire organization is friendly, organized and empathetic. I had my appt today to get my APAP machine and the instructions to use it were thorough and easy to remember. She took her time to answer all my questions and gave me time to write my notes. I felt very welcome and seen, and had a great conversation with the nurse there about my circumstances with mental health. They let me sign up for a payment plan in order to pay for any expenses that weren’t covered for my machine. My mask is pink and fits wonderfully! I’m very excited to see how my sleep improves. If you want to feel seen and recognized, and get thorough instructions on your APAP machine this is the place ❤️

This is a useless company! If you can go somewhere else go. They do not have good customer service & do not know their products.

Worst medical supply store ever. Drove a good distance to get there. Saw a sign that says by appointment only. No indication on the website. I had my mask on. Asked if they had a replacement CPAP mask. Iwas made to stand in the cold. Salesperson was short tempered and there was no one in the store. In the end she said I have nothing come back later. Never going back if it was the last store. Why they are locked up when the rest of Ontario is opening is beyond me. I am double vaxed and masked.Most stores want customers. This store doesn't. This place deserves to go under if it doesn't get a new employee and a business practice.
