Nice enough people. Incompetent service. I’ve had to pay service charges to my Dr for refills on many occasions for the WRONG medication. They’re always messing up on what I ask for. This not only costs me financially but, I end up going as many as 5 days without my medication (having to wait over the weekend and wait for a second Dr’s reply). They also dispensed the wrong medication to my daughter which, she took for 2 days until I noticed the error. When I informed the pharmacist he acted like it was no big deal and happens all the time. I’ve given them years of business but, I’ve had enough errors and personal costs so, I’ll be moving all my prescriptions. I gave a star for friendliness unfortunately, friendliness doesn’t make up for incompetence. I’ve given far too many chances and made too many sacrifices. Not a single time did I get so much as an apology for the multitude of errors.

Today at 5:58 pm I called the store and spoke to a very friendly young lady. I asked if perhaps she could wait for me as I was on my way but caught behind a slow car. I explained that I would be there in approximately 2- 3 min. She said no problem so I continued driving.I arrived at the door at 6:01 pm, the young lady opened the door but I noticed a tall male pharmacist standing behind her and other staff members watching.She opened the door and immediately kindly apologized and said that she could not let me in. I was shocked but then I realized why she said that.The male pharmacist then said "We close at 6:00!" I explained that I was aware and that was the reason I had called. He once again said that they close at 6:00 but then asked what I wanted. I told him what I wanted and then he said "Sorry bud, we close at 6:00" and then told the nice girl to close the door.Man oh man. I have been a faithful client for over 12 years and I will never shop here again. I truly feel sorry for the staff as they witnessed him being such an unfriendly person and very unaccomodating.I work hard for my money and I will not spend it in any store that treats their customers like this. If he treats customers bad like this, he must treat his staff like this also.To this male pharmacist, go back to school and learn how to treat people properly. Just because you have the money to purchase a franchise does not mean that you have the knowledge to make it successful. Shame on you!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Took $300/m worth of business for the last 12 years over too Shoppers because of this IDA location. And if my unexpected visit back to this store for some Advil this morning says anything, NOTHING HAS CHANGED. Still THE WORST customer service I have EVER received at a pharmacy, PERIOD! These people are a joke. No wonder it was completely empty on a Friday afternoon! Bahahaha! Stay away from IDA in the Mews! Best customer service you will receive is at the Shoppers at the Mississippi Medical Centre. The girls there are always happy to help.

I have been shopping here for years and I love it. There are so many beautiful things in the store besides pharmaceuticals such as health and beauty, fashion, decorative and jewelry. I even bought a piece of wall art there at a very reasonable price. It's an attractive small town friendly store and I feel good when I walk in.
