I recently lost the key to my SUV and found myself in a stressful situation. Thankfully, Bean Chevrolet and A-1 Towing came to the rescue. Bean Chevrolet quickly recommended A-1 Towing, who promptly arrived to tow my vehicle. The towing process was smooth, and their professionalism put me at ease. Once my SUV was at Bean Chevrolet, they wasted no time in getting to work on a new key. Remarkably, by the middle of the following day, they had the new key ready and my vehicle was back on the road. The seamless coordination between Bean Chevrolet and A-1 Towing turned a frustrating experience into one of relief. Their prompt, efficient, and friendly service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend both Bean Chevrolet and A-1 Towing for their outstanding support in a time of need.

Andre was a fantastic salesman! His knowledge and understanding of the product line was outstanding. He was passionate about the vehicles and you could tell he was genuine in everything he told us. Monique was our financial rep. She explained the process with great confidence and understanding which made my wife and I very comfortable. The Beautiful Dealership of caring positive professionals and I don’t say this lightly Mackenzie Who we have become really fond of how she loved on Me and my wife and felt like we were looking for a Vehicle with a friend very attentive listen to us no pressure every time we went to visit. The staff were always welcoming and helpful Keith Bean is great leader and a wonderful he took the time to get to know Me and My wife’s situation and and We felt blessed and like we we’re among family. They are loyal and respectful and you can see it through out the dealership including with Monique on finance. Excellent service everytime I've had to bring my vehicle for maintenance or repairs. I've always been pretty lucky to get a loaner vehicle as it is important for me to be mobile for work. As well, the repairs are always top notch, the customer care is above and beyond!

Great service from James and Kim. Felt very comfortable. No pressure. Worked with me to get the numbers right for our situation. Very quick communication. Had reached out to a couple of dealerships with no answer. Bean got the business! The buying (leasing) experience was as easy as possible. On delivery day, Keith (dealer) handled the paperwork personally as he was covering for other staff taking vacation time and Mackenzie was a delight in showing us the tech inside our new Silverado EV.
