Terrible customer service, don't take responsibility for their work.Took our vehicle here for exhaust leak. It was obviously still leaking when we picked it up. After having a look, we saw they didnt replace the entire section that was needed to stop the leak. Called to explain and ask him what they can do, hoping they'd offer the replace that section of pipe thats still leaking. He was immediately defensive and short with me, told me it wasn't leaking when they finished and its not his fault that its still leaking and if I want to bring it back for him to have a look, he'll give me a price to fix the rest. Very disappointed, definitely wont be back

Oil change was good, they were fast and took me in the same day I called, during busy season no less.Gave me news that annoyed me (not because of them, but the other garage), but I appreciate that they noticed.They add on fees for stuff you didn't ask for. Windshield washer fluid sort of stuff. No thanks, I didn't want it. Too bad for me.Edit: have to increase the rating. The other garage had to confirm what I had been told here about, and they agreed they missed it. Thanks NAPA for noticing this even though it wasn't your responsibility. That is some awesome attention ? ? a bump could have taken me out and then I'd be in a real bind.

Went in due to brake issues, was told it will cost more due to it being diesel. When I went in my tires was fine, I left with the car & noticed the front tire on the side of the repair was going flat. I returned to ask about it, the guy seemed annoyed & said it wasn't us. I said it wasn't doing this before the repair and I need to know why it's flat now. He said he would look at it after his break, turns out the tire was leaking, which it wasn't before I brought it in. He charged me an extra 15 on top of the almost 700 I paid for the repair. I wanted to like this place but between the tire issue and the guys attitude I am very disappointed.

I brought my Honda here for the first and only time a few weeks ago. I found the employees to be unwelcoming and a man was disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. I guess wearing makeup and shorts to this place is not a good idea! They spoke to me as if I knew nothing about vehicles. To top it off, they said the problem with my AC was that it was low on freon. This did not fix the problem at all. I brought my car to a more knowledgeable mechanic and I was told the AC condenser was no longer attached and that it was quite obvious. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time and money on this place, especially if you are a good looking young woman!!!Service: Air conditioning

Knowledgeable skilled crew at GT. I visit for routine oil changes, brakes, and tires. They also did some exhaust work. They kept my '06 on the road beyond what I thought she would last for! In the end rust got her not mechanical failure. True car people.
