The guy was nice however the lady was a bit rude and felt like she was just racist as she changed her tone once other customer approached.

Scalded by hot coffee in my car. The customer ahead of me had her coffee fall all over the floor in the business. I called them to inform them that they have damaged coffee cups and they quickly tried to dismiss me and then they hung up on me.
