We are currently in the midst of a kitchen order and so far our experience is a nightmare! Cabinets and counter were ordered middle of June. We were told 4 to 6 weeks. Then told the week of august 20 , there was no communication to what day so when we pressed for further info that week we were told it’s now the middle of September!! From 4 to 6 weeks to 3 months and I don’t trust that they won’t delay it again. We asked for the counter top and it arrived wrong sizes and no miter cut. We have now been living in our new house with no kitchen and cannot unpack or hook up dishwasher. There seems to be no consistent communication unless we initiate and get angry. Very stressful for us , moving and relocating and renovating is already stressful and add this to it.Well I’m now adding to this review. It’s been over 2 weeks since we heard our kitchen is delayed and still no date confirmed. We also ordered a custom exterior door over 8 weeks ago, it came in wrong! We phoned the 1800 number you provided for help and nothing! What is wrong with your company! Totally exasperated and exhausted and still no sign of a kitchen!?

The staff are truly helpful and friendly...had everything I needed to build a deck ....The wood was in great condition....NOT alot of warped boards ....the yard employees were awesome and helpful loading your truck....Great experience all around ?.

Great store but so compact and sometimes it's hard to find help, and when you phone they are sometimes not to helpful or say yha we have it when they really don't. But if you know exactly what you want and can spend time looking this is the place. Very clean too
