“I had a rather expensive return but did not have the store receipt. They asked when I bought the item (2 months ago), they were able to find it in their computer and I got issued a full refund with no issues. I was treated with courtesy and the staff was very polite and professional. I have lived here in Campbellford for almost 7 years and I have zero complaints against this store (unlike some in the GTA where I move from). I highly recommend this store.Eric B.”
“I am a regular shopper at this store, the staff, Excellent, helpful, polite, lots of sale items, I was there on the 7th of May, 3pm, sales slip says Madison, well, Madison, same name and age range of one of my grandchildren, I had 2 weeks prior, let my antique wooden cane in the cart corral, well Madison, and the other fine Lady searched and found same in the cashier area, and returned it to me, dam, friendly, honest people, so so so nice to experience, thank you, 10 out of 10, again thank you , Cheers”

“Great store! Highly recommend. Bargain shop vibe but made in Canada clothes, brand names at incredible prices. Excellent and quality shoe section in the basement of the store.”
