Horrible customer service. From manager to cashier everyone is so rude. And when you try talking about this they shove a number in your face to call and complain. Then why is the manager right there and not talking to me?

Ordered for a grocery delivery , called because my delivery was late ..customer service told me 10 min delay . 2pm comes no order and my account says delivered . I call them back they tell me they delivered it I call customer service back to tell them they did not in fact deliver my order which has baby diapers in it . Customer service rep told me that it's not her problem and I'll be refunded on 3 -5 bussiness days which means my daughter would go without .
3rd customer service rep told me I was a liar and they delivered it .
Where the hell is my order ? If you hire people that can't understand English they should be fired especially if your counting on the order to be at your place .

The customer service at this walmart is atrocious. the employees stand around on their cellphones, can’t say excuse me and expect the customer to move out of the way. This store quite frankly has WAY too many employees in the store that seem to be constantly in the way and doing nothing except being rude. Garbage store.

Drove 30 minutes to this Walmart after calling and being told they had 3 of an item in stock. We were told they'd set it aside for us and of course, when we got there, no one knew what we were talking about nor could they find it anywhere on the shelves. We only made the drive because they said they had this item. The man helping us then told us that the person at customer service should have never told us that stock was there and should have transferred us to a department head to do an actual check. What a waste of time.

online order pickup was very slow today. when i got there -walked up there was one car waiting to be loaded. then it got loaded. and then there was a long wait for me to get my order. and a lady was at the door waiting to ask a question. i then was still waiting on my order for a never 10 mins. i politely said to the lady hurry up customers are waiting. then the lady cussed me clean for rushing her. well i am sorry the employees were slow and the lady was holding up traffic. once i got my order and left there were 6 cars waiting.

Every Sunday I come to pick up the online order and wait here for one hour and the response from the employee was wait or go home

Walmart is not a place for me to shop anymore. Walmart in general has went down hill in the past 5 years along with common sense. I tried to shop today which other then this coming Sunday(Sunday too busy to shop) was my only other day off. Didn't go well at all. Myself along with several others had to leave.

Loved this location & it's variety until now, parades happening publicly within the Walmart walls instead of outside is beyond common sense apparently & doesn't add to the shopping experience....

When I entered the store an elderly gentleman greeted me and they did the same when I left the store.

Bought Garlic Nan for lunch on Oct 24th 2024,
When we reach home realized expiry date is July 2024. Called store Customer service said I can exchange it… no apology or sorry, have made complaint and ask Manager to call us .. not heard from manager yet.. be careful when you shop at Walmart .
