WORST SERVICE EVER !!! by the manager for the second time. I regularly shop here and I like their collection. The first time they tore my jogger while removing the RFID tag. I didn’t see it until I got home. They didn’t refund/exchange me. This time I bought a jogger that was 50% off. They didn’t apply the discount at checkout. No problem, I went to the counter, the manager says he can’t refund me, as I paid through apple pay. He said YOU NEED TO INSERT THE CARD rudely. I didn’t have the card and I was shocked, it was their fault and he’s been rude to me. I did paid 80% of amount in cash, but he can’t refund me the cash. Overall it took me 30 mins and I had to get in the queue twice to get store credit, BAD EXPERIENCE.

1/5 stars because some people don’t know how to line up and will go directly behind the cashier even those there’s people waiting the in the designated aisle. one of the cashiers looked me right in the eye and served someone else even tho i was lined up there first lollll.

If I could give this place no stars I would spent about five minutes waiting for a change room which I had to let myself into one. I waited at the front counter to cash out for about ten minutes while I could see both sales associates talking in the corner. I just put my items on the counter and left absolutely no customer service will never be back again.

I would like to bring up a concern because I have not seen such a behaviour from any staff of any retail industry like this. Last week when I came in for exchange of this T-shirt, this girl staff from the same store Urban Planet Cambridge refused to take the T-shirt saying it was laundry washed. I told her countless times it wasn't worn or washed at all I just came there to exchange it because I didn't like the design of the T-shirt BUT her argument was "it smells like laundry" I smelled it but it didn't smell like laundry at all, I am like "what should it smell like" she says"it should smell like anything but laundry". She embarrassed in front of the whole store asking another customer if it was washed or not to prove me wrong and then treats me rudely going in my face like "Boom it is washed" (because the customer saw wrinkles on tshirt) however WHY WOULD I LIE, I confirmed with my girlfriend whether it was washed in my absence but it wasn't!!! IT SMELLED LIKE ANY OTHER TSHIRT but she wasn't having it and after long arguments I gave up and had to contact your department. I was determined if it wouldn't have resolved I would never shop with Urban Planet anymore. Her name is Ayesha and she doesn't know how to do her job she didn't even check my receipt in the system if I bought the Tshirt or not. She needs to be fired or changed job duties.
The exchange issue was resolved after I contacted customer service.

The store manager was extremely rude and has no manners to talk to a customer. She yelled at a customer. I see others have spoken about the rude behavior of the store manager. So her behavior is being reinforced by keeping her in the store. Hope the upper management is looking into her behavior

This is the worse store they don't even know there own return policy. I was there on Friday sale bought something but the quality was really bad so I do decide to return it then they told me today I can't return it only Store credit will be given This is not fair . I just don't get it

Yesterday I went to the urban planet Cambridge branch for just exchange the mobile cover not even returned so the manager was soo rude with me I dont know her name but she wear glasses and brown girl. she directly said on my fave to go another store for exchange because she will not do this. im very diahearted after her rude behaviour with me

Staff was really rude. This is the first instance of racism I've encountered in Canada. While we were gazing around, the man working in the men's room looked at us with a haughty expression and started making noise. I will never return to this store.
