What a fantastic shopping experience at Urban Barn in Cambridge with Emily and Andrew. They helped me locate the beautiful kitchen chairs I was looking for. I ended up buying a gorgeous area rug too! Thank you both for your kindness and smiley faces!!

They sell you sofas that sag after a few weeks then tell you a repair person will come, then they tell you to buy new seat foam yourself. They sell you sofa with warranty, but customer service pretty much laughs in your face. Buy sofa and see what happens! They will be bankrupt if they keep selling sagging sofas. I’m 125 pounds!! Never again!!

I normally shop at this store in Quebec as l live there part time. I have been to the Cambridge location not once, but twice, and was treated poorly by the same staff member BOTH times (thin brunette woman with glasses late 40’s-50s)The first time, l decided to shrug it off to perhaps she is having a bad day. The second time in the store l came back to return some items that did not fit the table for our chalet and was happy to find something else. However she was extremely rude on return of product and still had the bad manner she displayed on initial visit.People like this should not be in customer service because they tarnish the face of a good product(s)/Brand.I will not be back into Urban barn Cambridge.Irene

I bought a wall art that said it was 20% off but mine was the only piece that was regular price .. go figure they know what they’re doing to get you in the store. The clerk couldn’t figure out why this piece wasn’t on sale and did nothing about it. Long story short when you see a sale at Urban assume what your buying is regular price even if it says 20% off

Horrible delivery serviceYears ago they smashed up my walls delivering the sofa and then again this week! Brand new basement and paint job and offered me a small amount to cover this damage! Super inconvenient and not enough at all for the time and efforts.

I purchased a beautiful print for my washroom. I love it. I always enjoy going into Urban Barn. They always have new and different things coming in. I get some terrific decorating ideas. The staff is always wonderful and caring to my needs. Thank you Urban Barn.
