I had a great experience at St. Andrews Pharmasave. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. And that is especially true for Pharmacy Manager Veronica (Viral) Patel. My prescription was filled quickly and waiting for me when I arrived. This transaction was unique because St. Andrews Pharmasave in Cambridge differs from my regular pharmacy. On this occasion, I was working in the Cambridge area and had gone a few days without my medication. St. Andrews Pharmasave took charge, communicated with my pharmacy in Toronto and called me back to report that my script was being filed and would be ready for pick-up shortly. I highly recommend St. Andrews Pharmasave to anyone needing a pharmacy in Cambridge.

Veronica is the pharmacist and she is wonderful! She went out of her way to take some time to ask about me and put together a medication I needed especially for me! Wonderful location and I would highly recommend going here! Customer service is lost these days so finding a place that still honours that is such a nice surprise!

Dropped of my prescriptions and got a text a couple hours later that everything was ready to pick up. The pharmacist went above and beyond to get me a couple extra discounts through the manufacturer so my co-pay was very reasonable!Thank you again ?

Amazing pharmacists- Patrick and Veronica - just AWESOME people!! Attentive to detail!! Very caring!!! I would recommend over any other Pharmacy been to others like Shoppers Drug mart always a line and at Shoppers can never find my prescription very annoying!!At Andrews Pharmacy just GREAT!! Would recommend IF you want a Pharmacist that actually cares then come here and see for yourself!! They take very good care of my father-in-law as well!! Thanks Patrick & Veronica

Viral and her team are just the nicest and most efficient pharmacy I've ever been to. They know you by first name and just all around polite. I've never had to wait longer then 10 mins for my prescriptions. Fantastic!!

10+ Stars!!! My normal pharmacy is Shoppers Drug Mart, I have been using for years! I needed a medication that only a compounding center could do Shoppers provided me with a location on George St (NOT RECOMMENED) I called their office and was informed I would need to pay out of pocket first before they even process anything and would be provided a bill for my insurance company. I asked when I was able to pick it up since I needed ASAP( 3:30pm I called ) I was then informed she would have to get back to me on that, but said it would take a few days (she was a bit stand offish)I then googled other places who could process this medication for me and found St. Andrews Pharmasave & Compounding center. I called and I was welcomed right away (going above and beyond) I had my prescription sent to their office. They called and got my insurance info and called to see how much was covered, I was called immediately with how much it was going to be for me, and what my insurance was paying and they would have it ready for me by 6:00PM- I rec'd a text message stating my medication was ready to be picked up @ 5PM. Walked in knew who I was and was treated with such respect! Lets just say this location will be now be my primary pharmacy, they are also going to call and have everything switched to their office (Nothing I need to do on my end) Such an amazing team! I am happy with my choice! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!! :)

Dukoral wasn't available in Toronto but it was available at this pharmacy. The pharmacist, I believe her name is Suvera was excellent in helping me process the transaction and giving me time to travel to Cambridge. The people of Cambridge are very lucky to have a caring pharmacy. Thank you Wish you all the best!

The staff at this pharmacy are so caring and efficient. If you are looking for attentive and professional health care, look no further! And there is a walk-in clinic! And some walk-in clinic services can be done by the pharmacist!!!Our daughter has complex needs and it's nice to know that she isn't just a number to them.
