Hands down the worst purchasing experience I've been involved in, period. ONLY use your credit card at any Sleep Country's if you decide to shop here. It took over 6 weeks for a refunded debit transaction of $900 to come via CHEQUE in the mail, and another few days for bank processing for it to reach my account. First time I've ever experienced a retail company not refunding the funds back to the card automatically.
Second to the above, there is a flaw with their GIFT CARDS and their IT system not being able to process the funds within it if it were purchased by a different branch. Example: Gift card was purchased in Niagara and used in Waterloo region. It took over 5 days for the branch associates and corporate to get this resolved.
The only redeeming quality were associates Dan and Vishal at this location being as helpful as they could possibly be. However they are beholdant to the lackluster IT system and refund policies for debit transactions Sleep Country currently holds.

Dan was great! He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and an awesome salesperson. The store has a large selection for all kinds of needs. We were really happy with the price.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Stay away. Took my money, failed to deliver the mattress and when I asked to be refunded, they said “eventually “ the money will be refunded.
Who behaves like this???

This company is as sleazy as they come. They have refused to return my money months after they received my return. This is tantamount to theft. Absurd that this is allowed to happen.

Great experience!!!Dan was awesome as our sales rep!He listened carefully to our needs and provided great solutions (even though we actually had no idea walking in what we wanted or needed). He spent time with us and was patient as we bounced back and forth on different mattresses and tried different pillows. He gave us all the information we needed and helped us make a well-educated decision within our budget. He never once pressured us to buy or made us feel rushed. The whole experience was comfortable and professional.Dan has a great attitude and is a fun and friendly guy.Thank you for your excellent service!

Not honest about availability or delivery times, just want your money up front and then they will string you along. If you actually want to get your bed, I suggest going elsewhere.

Dan is the MAN! He is extremely knowledgeable about all beds, technology and even how to match the best mattress to you pain or injuries. We had alot of questions and even came back after ordering our mattress but before it was delivered because we wanted to be sure. He answered more questions we had.

Imran is a very sweet man, even patient when I said I want to browse alone due to anxiety. Very helpful.Kezia, has a LOT of attitude. With a horrible tone she demanded my daughter to stop going from bed to bed. The tone makes a massive difference when asked to do/not do something. Im not asking my daughter to be talked to like a princess, but don't talk to her in a way that oozes your hatred for kids. Luckily Dan was there and was super friendly about it, laughed at the situation and explained why - a very reasonable request. Dan immediately washed the bitter taste out of my mouth that Kezia left. If Imran and Dan weren't as nice as they were, I wouldn't go back.

I recently had a very positive experience with Dan from the Hespeler Road location. This is my second mattress I've purchased there. I bought a Simba 2500 mattress and bed frame. The price was unbeatable.When I mentioned a mattress cover I was thinking of buying elsewhere online, Dan looked at the specs and offered me a better one that Sleep Country sold and beat the price by 10%. I couldn't say no.Overall Dan was friendly and straight forward, he totally knows his lineup of mattresses and put us in what I believe was the best mattress for our budget. I would highly recommend this location.
