Upon arriving at shouldice I was greeted by Carlos, who was quite pleasant. He joted down all my details my phone number and email. He came outside took several photos of my vehicle where the accident had happened.
I wanted to obtain a quote before deciding If I was going to go through insurance. If the quote was under x amount of dollars I would pay myself if the quote exceeded what I wanted to spend I was going to go through insurance. I recieved a call the next day saying the quote was not yet complete. Totally understand I'm not the only customer and places are busy. I waited a few days and called them as I needed to know if I was going to be doing an insurance claim. Carlos was waiting to talk to the owner on prices, even though I had also mentioned could be a possible claim. Another 4 days went by (over a week at this point) I called them as it should not take over a week to get a price whether I'm paying or putting through insurance. All communication stopped and that's why I am only giving this rating because the customer service started out amazing and over the whole week it went to absolutely nothing. I spoke with Carlos and told him I would be giving my service elsewhere.

In February this year, my 2015 corolla was hit from behind in Waterloo, causing the rear bumper broken. Due to lack of experience, the vehicle insurance information of the perpetrator was not obtained. As a result, insurance compensation cannot be obtained. I bought a used good condition rear bumper from Cambridge Auto Parts & Wreckers. However, I could not install this good condition rear bumper on my car due to its deformation. Fortunately, I found Shouldice Collision. They received me very friendly and patiently. And he corrected the deformation at the back very professionally and quickly, so I successfully replaced the rear bumper. No fees are charged. Many thanks to Shouldice Collision for the help.

The initial contact with Shouldice was leaving a voicemail and then there was a prompt return call. The individual from Shouldice was very welcoming, answered my questions, and I made a commitment to show up with my damaged vehicle to get a quote.I took my car to Shouldice to get a quote for the cost of repairs, and I am waiting for that quote. The damage is minimal, and with a busy summer I am hoping for a cost-effective, professional result in the next 6 weeks.

Just picked up my Rav4 from Shouldice Collision in Cambridge. They did an amazing job. You can't even tell that I was in an accident!The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. After being rear-ended on the 401 on my way to work my Insurance Company hooked me up with Shouldice Collision and Repair and the service and job/detail they did on my car was phenomenal. They called me to confirm they received the car from the Tow Shop, when it would be done and gave me updates throughout the whole 1.5 months it was at their repair shop. They even replaced the windshield for me (occured prior to the accident) and detailed/cleaned the inside of my car for me. I can't say enough about the crew at Shouldice Collision in Cambridge. Absolutely the most amazing and personal experience with Cathy. I had a very small “bruise” on my rear fender. Cathy treated it with so much respect, even though it was small. Most people would have ignored it. She gave me a great quote and it was finished quickly and expertly. I am so pleased with the result. Trust me, they are the ones you can give your car for the perfect job. Last year, my car was repaired from a body shop in Cambridge and I did have the worst experience of a lifetime.
