I stop at this gas station on my way home from work. A few months ago, you couldn’t pay at the pump. So I inquired as to why. They indicated that all Shells were having problems. I’ve avoided this gas station ever since.Sure enough, yesterday the pay at pump was unavailable again. It’s so frustrating. Especially in the winter.

Gas station is usually priced higher than surrounding area gas stations. Same with in store product, would recommend avoid this location and heading up Hespeler Road if you are able.

Hello, the hours on Google state that they are open until 10 pm. I visited just after nine and everything was off. It also states that this station offers unmanned fueling... again not true as I was unable to get any gas from the pumps. Now I'm going to London from cambridge in the morning before they reopen and will have to get gas along the way to be at work for 7am

Please have your air pump fixed! It continues to charge people money (no sign saying its out of order). The gauge stick doesn’t come out as you are pumping, so there is no way to tell what the pressure is in the tire. It was already brought up with the pump staff, yet nothing has been done.

Great staff, very friendly, and the owner is local. They're struggling with some renovations right now so closed for gas but they're open for snacks!

Out of v-power again?? Come on... your employees are good I like and only like filling up both my cars from you but it is frustrating when you run out of v-power.

Busy gas station/store/subway. Location at the junction of Cedar Street and St Andrews can make accessing the site tricky
