All Shaan food employees are assumed, they go above and beyond to meet they customers needs.
Shaan Foods is a place where you can purchase fresh high quality meat. I have been shopping at Shaan Foods since they were open. I recommended Shaan Foods as they customer service is excellent.

The Best grocery and butcher shop in Waterloo region have been their customer since 2011 would never change to another store the owner is polite and v generous the staff is v helpful and respectful prices are excellent and their meat is always fresh and yummy

The owner of the store Suleiman is an extremely rude person, having abusive behaviour with his customers. Just witnessed him harassing a pregnant girl at the store. Pls think ten times before entering this store!

Bought items that had special price tags, however when we went to the counter it was scanned at regular price. When I bought it to the attention of the cashier and they checked, they said the tag was an offer that ended May 31!!!! Maybe they need to remove the tags and customers need to check their receipt.

I have been a regular customer of Shaan Foods for the past two years, and I must say it has been an excellent experience consistently! The store offers a fantastic variety of groceries and fresh meat, all of which are of top-notch quality. The prices are very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality you receive. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help you find exactly what you need and offer great recommendations. Was shopping there for last 3 yrs, cashier charged for an item twice. I just go there to their mostly for the meat section. So on my next last visit showed that receipt for the double charge. The cashier asked me why I came after 7 days i told I don't need come for a small refund. Then a lady came from the office gave a 10 min lecture for a 4 dollar item refund so that I don't do it on next time they don't have proof that I purchased that. I understand human error happens while checking out a customer however the response from the lady was awful.
