Had a very bad experience from the delivery agent today. Came to my address, never tried to call or message me about their arrival, posted a notice on the door that delivery attempt was failed and is now asking me to collect it from there office at Cambridge. This is not fair, I should have been informed through some channels about their arrival. I didn't pay for collecting the package from their location, I paid money for the package to be delivered to me in person.

Worst shipping company ever, delivery drivers keep on losing packages or leave them in a different address, or they say they attempted a delivery and didn't even tried, failed to leave delivery notice note, etc. I have had problems with deliveries several times, even claims for lost packages. Please avoid using this company!!

This location has a very rude staff. I visited June 25th 2024 at 2:25pm. The lady was very rude and clearly don’t know what she is doing. Why so much attitude for no reason?? I hope someone from higher management see this msg and act accordingly. I will try to inform head office as well.

Convenient location for pick up/drop off. They are always friendly there, usually not any waiting time max 1 person front of me.

This is my 2nd time with purolator and 2 times my experience with them is like a nightmare. Worst and rude customer support people on call.

Nasty employees. The attitude given towards customers everytime i'm in there. Dont inconvenience the person working there getting paid per hr. Ill try to avoid Purolator next time around.

The women in the glasses is incredibly rude and disrespectful. She talks down to people and tries to make them feel stupid. I have had multiple interactions with her and she is always angry and rude. I can't believe she still has that job. After todays interactions I'm 100 percent done with Purolator. Don't risk meeting this women. You can ship Purolator and more from the staples location down the street.

If you are here to read reviews of this location, you will find two completely different types of reviews. One is of type 5 stars and the other is 1 star review. I will tell you why. The 5 star review is from customers who interacted with a young lady there who is very friendly and customer oriented.
The 1 star review is from customers who had the misfortune to interact with the person with the glasses who has a European accent. This person is utterly rude, entitled and possibly owns this franchise. I have never encountered such an unpleasant customer personnel. There is some reason why this person’s rude and aggressive behaviour is being entertained in this location after such 1 star complaints over the years. Either this person or their acquaintance owns the place or Purolator corporate is useless.
You would also see corporate Purolor template comments on the 1 star reviews for this person. Even though they get 1 star reviews about the interaction with this aggressive and rude person, no action has been taken by Purolator for this. I have emailed Purolator but no response.
So corporate Purolator why are you copy pasting your template replies here ? You do not take any action after seeing all these 1 star reviews about this particular person.
So I suggest customers to vote with your wallet. Do not use this location, but someone customers have no choice and this rude person knows that. The other alternative is to avoid this person and come back when the young lady works her shift.
It is unfortunate that Purolator does not have alternative locations near by, partly explains why the person is rude with impunity.
