I cant say enough good things about Michael Hill but specifically Sosi. I bought my fiance’s wedding band in the summer of 2022 for our wedding the following year. Plans changed and we had to move the date so the ring was never sized to fit his finger. Jump ahead to Oct 20th, we brought his band in to be sized for our wedding in 4 months and was told they couldn’t size it because it was tungsten. I was devastated. The sales associate could see how visably upset I was and said she would speak to her manager and get them to call. I honestly figured I was going to have to buy another band. But that didn’t happen. Sosi called me this morning and asked me if I could come in before 6pm and she would make it right. She went above and beyond for us. She had the exact same band in the proper size waiting for me. They normally have a 30 day exchange but this was 2 years!! I was shocked and very emotional that she would be so generous. Customer service really is top notch at Michael Hills! They will be my go to jewellery store from here on out.

We visited Michael Hill without any intention of buying, but that quickly changed once we met Megan. She showed us every ring with such patience and care, making us feel like we were talking to a close friend rather than the store manager. Her kindness and warmth completely won us over, and we ended up purchasing our wedding rings—something we hadn’t planned at all!
Megan made the experience so personal and memorable, it felt like we were shopping with family. I’ve never left a review online before, but this experience was too special not to share. Megan's professionalism combined with her friendly nature made us feel at home, and we now feel like we’ve found our family jeweller for life. I wouldn’t have believed this was my first time buying a diamond ring in Canada if not for Megan’s incredible support. We simply can’t put into words how special the whole experience was. Thank you, Megan, for making this moment truly unforgettable!

I had a problem with earrings I bought here and Megan and Will were super helpful getting me a replacement! Megan was also a great help when I initially bought my earrings by answering all of the questions I had and suggesting different ones for what I was looking for!

I made two orders
One from people's jewelers
The other from michael hill.
Each order i made was only a minutes apart.
Michael hill offers a click and collect option.
I placed the order.
I got both confirmations to pick up.
I'm at my location for pick since both business are in the same mall.
I go to michael hill first. The receptionist told me that my order has been confirmed in the system, its a system glitch.?
She took down my information, called HR. From her end the order has not been processed. She said it's the first time she seen this.
I told her my order at people jewelers is ready, I'll go and pick up that item and return. Upon my return it was not solved .
Recptionist offered a discounted price on the item I could buy but it'll be through HR and said to call customer service.
It's 4pm and customer service in Australia is closed.
I have one gift but not the other. Yet I was given confirmation. That it is ready.
I'm out of a gift. Never again.
I want to give a shout out to Peoples jewelers. Humble people over there, they system is running good.

Jessica and Rumia were amazing.
I went for a small watch repair, they repaired it at no cost and has embedded Michael Hill word in my brain now. Great customer service and will be back soon. This is called customer service without any catch......

I hate posting negative reviews. Went to get my ring resized from a 10.5 down to a 9. I was told they would cut it and remove some gold to bring it down that much. I was excited when they told me I would get the gold they cut out back, since there is a lot of value in gold scraps. When I went to pick up my ring there was a note saying the ring was not cut so there was no gold to return. The size change is significantly different so I don't understand how they can reduce it by that much without cutting or removing gold. The sales associate was young and seemed new, as he had no idea about how they resized rings. The original 14k gold stamp is also missing from the inside, which is now making me suspicious. Overall disappointed with the experience. More training may be required.

Thank you to rehana and team I came in to get my ring cleaned and they provided me with information that I didn’t know about like how I had a Life warranty protection plan on my ring . She gave me the pcp number and the SKU number , she took the time to explain everything to me and I am grateful for her and the team at Micheal hill in Cambridge thank you for a remarkable service
