“10/10 experience! Where do I start, the staff here is truly amazing, they are friendly, personable, and more than happy to help. My partner and I went here to pick out my engagement ring and the staff made the experience so special, they were very patient with us while also very helpful and had a lot of options to try on. They also have a lot of customizable options if you prefer. My fiancé and I were there for about an hour and at no moment did we feel like a bother for taking our time. I also wanted to go back the next day to make a small change to the ring and they made that experience very comfortable and easy! Overall, my fiancé and I are super happy with our experience and would highly recommend this family owned jewelry store to all!”

“I cant say enough good things about Michael Hill but specifically Sosi. I bought my fiance’s wedding band in the summer of 2022 for our wedding the following year. Plans changed and we had to move the date so the ring was never sized to fit his finger. Jump ahead to Oct 20th, we brought his band in to be sized for our wedding in 4 months and was told they couldn’t size it because it was tungsten. I was devastated. The sales associate could see how visably upset I was and said she would speak to her manager and get them to call. I honestly figured I was going to have to buy another band. But that didn’t happen. Sosi called me this morning and asked me if I could come in before 6pm and she would make it right. She went above and beyond for us. She had the exact same band in the proper size waiting for me. They normally have a 30 day exchange but this was 2 years!! I was shocked and very emotional that she would be so generous. Customer service really is top notch at Michael Hills! They will be my go to jewellery store from here on out.”
