“Firstly let me start this off by saying the owner Jeremy is one hell of a guy. I went into Forbes maybe 2 weeks ago to ask some questions as I’m getting into building and painting Gundams. He answered all my questions some of my questions were stupid but he still answered them. I got all I needed and left that day super excited. I have been back wayyyy more than I like to admit but it’s because I learn and ask questions and Jeremy loves to share his knowledge with people. He even offered for me to bring my kit and airbrush to show me some techniques and ideas on how to paint that I would never have thought of. I love supporting small business owners as I am one myself. I don’t care if I can get my thinner for 2$ less on Amazon I get way more knowledge then the 2$ cost me.An example of his kindness is I bought an airbrush last week and I bent the needle 3 day into owning it 100% on me. So I went in and got a new one on Sunday he offered to install it for me but I said i got it. Well I went home and I don’t know what went wrong but it was my fault. I had no paint coming out but had air pressure and air coming out of the fill cup. So I went back in tonight with my airbrush. He took it apart and looked it over. He was at it for 30-40 minutes but he fixed it. Turned out it was a seal that I must have chewed up with the threads. Only charged me for the seal. He told me you bought it here it’s only right that I help you fix it.I will definitely be coming back for everything I need! Hope the store is back up to 100% as soon as the flood stuff is taken sorted out.”

Being aware of my timeline, she even gave me the option to keep my diploma for my graduation ceremony and called me to let me know all the parts for the frame had come in so I could bring it back when I need to get framed.
