Sam, the pharmacist and all the staff are wonderful at the store. We moved about 40 minutes away from the area and we still go there because of the wonderful service we get they always go above and beyond so thank you Sam and staff for the great service.

It is the best drug store in Cambridge!! Everyone is so friendly and so helpful... and their prices are the lowest anywhere in the city!! lots of parking.. I used to always go to Shoppers untill this Drug store open the best move I ever made going to IDA and they call you by your first name which I like a lot!!

This is an absolutely wonderful pharmacy! They are quick, pleasant, professional, getting the medications correct and always timely. We only wished we had discovered Highland I.D.A years earlier after some not so pleasant experiences elsewhere.
After numerous pick-ups, I finally met the owner, Sam, today. I can see how his staff reflects his attention to detail and warm customer service.

After being treated terribly by a different Pharmacy in town, I wanted to find the best Pharmacy in Cambridge as my wife and I are aging and find ourselves relying on our Pharmacy more and more.
I did my homework. I read countless reviews from all the Pharmacy’s in Town. Highland IDA had reviews that led me to believe this Pharmacy actually cared, was personable and valued their customer’s business.
I needed to refill a prescription and had my Dr’s office electronically send over my prescription to Highland IDA Pharmacy. What I witnessed and enjoyed was next level service !!!
Everything I saw in the first 3 minutes of being in their store confirmed all the reviews I had read about this Pharmacy.
I witnessed the Pharmacist greet the two customers in front of me by their first name. A welcoming smile and a genuine sense of enjoyment and passion to serve his customers. I knew right there and then I had made the right choice of changing Pharmacy’s.
I didn’t at first speak to Sam Rouman the owner/Pharmacist as he was dealing with other customers, I dealt with his assistant. She was equally as friendly and welcoming to me :) She filled my prescriptions in less than 5 minutes, handed them over to Sam, who saw that I was a first time customer, welcomed me to his store and shook my hand thanking me for my business and expressed to me he looked forward to being my Pharmacists into the future.
Sam took the time to explain both prescriptions to me, the number of times per day each needed to be taken and the potential negative side effects.
I complemented Sam on all of his 5 Star reviews I had read about his Pharmacy. Sam was so humble and said all the recognition needed to go to his employees. What a very humble person :)))
If you are like I was, not happy with your current pharmacist, look no further then Highland IDA as this is the Pharmacy to be going to for personal and amazing service !!!

The absolute best pharmacy I have ever been to.Sam and his team are amazing at what they do and they care so much about their patients.I have had multiple private consultations over the years with Sam, and I can tell he truly sympathizes with you. He has been super helpful to talk with about medication changes, side effects, etc.This has been and continues to be my go-to pharmacy.

I am a new customer at this location. I had an issue with my insurance, and they were EXTREMELY helpful and curtious. After getting the matter resolved with the insurance company, I called and spoke with Sam. I cannot tell you howw much I appreciated his people skills. I work in customer service myself. and have never met people so understanding and knowledgeable. The team here is great!! Will be a customer for years
