I got worst customer service at all. Coworkers see us as a suspicious way and when we asked them for price employees gave us different price. When we go to trail room they stay out there to keep eye on us to see what we are wearing we so not feel safe at all like we are stealing something dude we are customers we are not here to steal. They are not providing good customer service at all but instead of that they just keep following people to see what they are doing

Not overly impressed with the service at this location. I purchased a pair of jeans on a rack that said $35 on it. I explained to the male on the phone 3 times for him to say “I don’t know what she’s talking about” when I then requested to speak to a manager. Just before he passed me off he said “if you came into store with your receipt this would be a lot easier”. As much as I understand that, it wasn’t an option at the time as I just looked at my receipt and I wanted to confirm if it I was not mistaken that the sign said “$35 select styles” prior to driving 25 minutes to the location. I explained to the manager how I didn’t appreciate his unnecessary comment as I undoubtably understand the circumstances would be easier although the attitude was not necessary. I didn’t receive a sorry, I understand your frustration - nothing. In the end, I got the answer that I was looking for - the jeans appeared to be on the incorrect rack so whatever, I paid full price. The interaction would have transpired a lot more effectively if 1. the male associate had listened to what I had to explained to him 3 times, 2. Employees upheld the customer industry minimum by being friendly and helpful.

really appreciate the girl who was handling the counter! She was really sweet and helps us finding everything. But there was an employee (the lady) who just shouted randomly on us and was quite rude and we didn’t appreciate that kinda service and felt disrespectful.

This location is amazing. Staff was patient with me and assisted in a professional manner. Sef in particular is exceptional. I would shop here again and recommend this location to friends based on my service here. Shopping here rather than taking a chance online would be worth your while.

Buyer beware! If you purchase anything online that's on sale like I did, and then a few days later see that the price has gone down, they WILL NOT honour their new sale price. Apparently their price match policy doesn't "apply" to sale items. And when I was chatting with customer service via the chat box, the representative cancelled the chat while I was trying contest the policy (I was being polite by the way), so I had to call instead. As a resolution, they suggested I purchase it all again at the new price, and then go through the hassle and expense of returning the original order either to a store location or pay $11 dollars to send it back by mail. Ultimately they'd lose money because I'd still get the items for less, but then they'd be shipping it to me twice. It's literally a lose-lose. I have never experienced this with any company before, almost everyone else is willing to refund you the price difference. That's pretty bad customer service for something very basic, and I will not be buying from them again if this is how they treat customers.

Best customer service from start to finish! Safa, I believe her name is and check out person with the cool tats couldn’t have been more friendly, welcoming and helpful, was a great start to my day, left the store in a better mood then I started. Thanks ladies!

The employees just stood there and didn't do anything expect for one of the black girls, she was helpful. One of the girls kept watching me as I was shopping and that made me feel very uncomfortable.

I recently visited the store with my sister and my niece and nephew and daughter. I love guess store shopped there often for my Daughter. I was with my nephew helping him with sizes and colours and just talking amongst ourselves because my nephew is not a shopping type and Melissa the store associate asked me if I needed help I didn’t realize she was talking to me as I was talking to my nephew. When I realized she was talking to me I said no thank you and she like thank you for acknowledging me it nice to be notice in a very rude and passive aggressive tone which I don’t appreciate as I am a customer and I also work in customer service and never been made to feel like that. I will stillShop there but not when she working if that the way she treats customers I live guess but not her

Bought a pair of slides and it starts ripping off within a week of use. Went is store(pinebush cambridge) to report it but manager refuses to do anything because I didnt had a receipt even tho the item was in a really good condition. I didnt kept a receipt because i had no plans to return or exchange and had no idea its gonna happen. Its ridiculous. I called the customer service but they also unable to solve the issue . Such a bad quality products and customer service. Not gonna buy anything again

Guess Factory is a small-sized store with a decent collection of clothes. While the prices are a bit expensive, the staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly.
