Very unfriendly place, the guy, I believe he is the owner, didn't even bothered to look at me after he realized I don't speak Polish.I was waiting on the cash register for more than 5 mins, while he was serving other (Polish speaking) people, even though they got in the store after me.Shelves and meat counter half empty, overpriced products and hostile environment.What else can you wish for from your shopping experience?Never going back!

Been here a couple of times and both times I have nor felt welcome. It is close to my house and would love to go there more but they seem very unfriendly especially cause I do not speak Polish I was in for something specific and then asked questions about some meat and the one lady basically made fun of me cause I could not pronounce it right. They did not have any baked goods at all, which I was also looking to purchase. Do not think I will return again.

Service "without" a smile and at a snails pace. I have gone there about a dozen times and there just seems to be no sense of urgency when more and more people come filing in. Long faces and an extreme disinterest seems to flow don't from the top as it does in all businesses.

Never been a huge fan of this place or the owner but soo many of the Polish Delis that were around have closed up.Kielbasa and lunch meat is still better than grocery stores so I go.I'm only writing this review because I was discussed by the owners treatment of an older gentleman in line ahead of me the other day.He walked up to deli to help as it was busy. He barked once what do you want and within 2-3 seconds snapped his gingers and and shouted "old man wake up, pay attention, what do you want, pay attention!".The elderly man had been looking in the display and deciding, he seemed to be at least 75 and may have suffered a stroke recently or something causing him to take a few seconds longer.I've also heard him talk very rudely and disrespectfully to the sweet ladies who work there in the past.Absolutely discounted!This guy is and arrogant and rude!

Lovely little store to to obtain European foods. A good selection of sausages,for example cherry wood smoked sausage. Dairy, breads, jam, canned and jarred food items poppy seed roll,etc.

Very moody owner, zero people skills. The place runs out of stock before weekend, bread has been frozen and then put back on shelves. The staff is okay, but the owner needs to learn some customer service skills.

Went in today for the first time. Trying to figure out which sausages where the same as the Kitchener Euro Deli. The lady helping me was nice then the man took over. He was very Kurt with me when l asked questions about the different types.He then to the lady to help another lady and he turned and started cutting meat. Left me stand with no help.I left and l will never be back.People can spend their money any where and don't need treatment like that.I went to the Kitchener Euro from there and the product and service l was looking for
