I went in there I buy my dog poop bags after a 16 hr shift from the hospital. The price tag showed $2, it scans as $3, totalling to $3.49. I tell the cashier the tag says $2, another woman with shoulder length hair by the name of jo or George, says “that’s for the pedigree food”. And she brings a tag also to the front to show me, so I said to her, you just took off all those stickers where those poop bags are stacked and she says yeah because it’s incorrectly labelled it’s for the dog food and I said you should probably make sure that the item matches the pricing and she says to me no you should read the small print of what is on the sticker.” With such attitude I was so mad!! And the problem is is the owner does nothing to fix the solution. I read the comments of how rude the staff is at this location. The woman looks like she drinks a 12 pack of beer a day, and most of her teeth are missing. With inflation constantly going up, they should ensure that their prices reflect the product and not blame it on the customer. I will NEVER shop here again!!

I can't even get necessities at this WESTGATE LOCATION because they mark up their prices grossly compared to other Dollaramas. I didn't know this was allowed within a chain...but I know for sure that the prices here are very different from the Dollarama at the Cambridge mall and the other Dollarama on Hespler road beside Burger King. Every product i normally buy is one to three dollars over priced at this location compared to others?So if you like to over pay keep going to this one.

Dollarama is now the $5.00 Shop! And most likely won't ever go back down to "The Dollar Store"! I would love to see Canadian Made products that are durable for low income families.

Rude, rude staff!!! Couldn't say hello when I came in or when I reached the cash register. You're a convenient location but I will drive further for better service.
