Came in like 10 minutes before close and during that time, My friend and I were told 5 times collectively that the store was closing and one told my friend “make sure you go to the till in one minute” like no duh. We’re aware the store is closing but the sign says 10PM. If you want to close at 9:55 then put it on the sign. Horrible customer service. Rude. Passive. It’s a dollar tree not a Nobu.

I'm not from Cambridge but had to go for an appointment. I stopped in at the dollar tree to look around. There was a lovely girl at the cash who was very helpful and kind. As I was looking around, a woman, I can only assume was the manager went to the cashier and began reaming her out because she didn't have enough quarters in her till. She was practically yelling at this poor girl. When I checked out, I said to the cashier that I was sorry that happened and she was a sweet, helpful young woman and didn't deserve that. When I was going out to my car I saw the 'manager' outside having a smoke. I said, your cashier is lovely and you were incredibly rude to her. She said, she didn't do what she was told! I said, that doesn't matter...there is no need to speak to anyone like that and certainly NOT in front of customers. I'll think twice about going there again.

Worst experience ever! I am disappointed with the customer service at Dollar Tree ? lady at front staff is soo rude ? she shouted at my kids she don’t know how to work in store and how to deal with customers! My kis is 3 year he don’t understand anything If kids are running around She can complain to parents but she has no rites to shout at my kids ?

Unprofessional and rude behave by cashier.i just ask the price of one item and she rudely deny that if I check price I will be in trouble from head office.
I was here first time and had really unexpected rude behave without any valid reason.
I left store right way without buy anything and now looking reviews of others and most of them have same concern regarding their customers service.i an also shocked that their management look like never try to fix this issue.

I am disappointed with the customer service at Dollar Tree. The front-of-staff member named "Victoria", was extremely rude and unprofessional during my recent visit. She lacked basic courtesy and was not at all friendly or helpful, making the shopping experience unpleasant. It was clear that she had no interest in assisting customers or maintaining a welcoming environment. It's disheartening to encounter such poor service, and I hope Dollar Tree addresses this issue to improve their customer experience.

I recently visited dollar tree and once again encountered incredibly rude staff. It's not the first time I've experienced this, and unfortunately, it seems to be a recurring issue. The attitude towards customers is shockingly disrespectful and unwelcoming. Despite being a repeat customer, I was met with hostility and rudeness from the moment I walked in. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment until they address their staff's behavior. Customer service should be a top priority, but unfortunately, it seems to be severely lacking here.

It’s a nice store, but they have really bad customer service on the phone. She seemed not pleased to speak to me and me to getting different things that I would need. I recommend going into the store but if you’re calling in you should use a different dollar tree.

I recently visited the Dollar Tree and unfortunately had a negative experience at the checkout.The cashier charged me for items that I did not purchase. It wasn't until I got home and reviewed my receipt that I noticed the error. I was disappointed because I was busy with my child and didn't have a chance to double-check the items before leaving the store. The additional charges were not significant, but it's the principle of the matter.I hope that in the future, the cashiers at Dollar Tree are more careful and accurate with their scanning and charging."
