All the doors I got needed new window motors and one door has ripples in it. I would have given 5 stars but having to replace every window motor was disappointing

Friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable with Volkswagen and Audi parts. Do their best to remove parts without damage. See n one worker assist with a headliner install (don't think that's a normal thing lol)

Great place for honesty, good parts and great prices. I've bought tires, rims, used parts, new parts and I also get my liquid Molly oil from them for my bmw. 3 Years I've used them and never any issues. The owner and employees that work front desk are great people.

I’ve had work done here on several different Audis over the years and have never been anything less than impressed with their workmanship. Customer service is top tier as well, prices can’t be beat and it’s reassuring take your car somewhere you know the people that work on it are passionate about what they do and take a lot of care in their work. Would recommend Das Parts to any VW owner who wants top notch service at a reasonable price

The team at Das Parts have been servicing my car for the last 4 years. They’ve always done an exceptional job identifying and communicating issues.
Recently, I’ve asked them to do a check in to ensure the car is without issues and once again they didn’t disappoint. I’m moving out of province otherwise I would continue to give them my business as they’ve earned it.

Great place to get used parts or service done, the part prices are competitive and more then reasonable. Customer service is A+++. Crystal goes above and beyond to help and if she doesn’t know something someone else there will be more than glad to answer any questions. I have made a few purchases here and will continue to in the future.
