Been in this location 3 times: twice to browse and once to buy. Everyone was really friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I think on my first time in there, 4 or 5 people all gave me a friendly hello while letting me wander but offering assistance if needed.
The showroom has a nice furniture range from casual pieces to more luxe styles. I bought a chair and it was ready to be delivered a few days later, but they were also flexible with their delivery dates to suit my needs. Delivery was fast and efficient, and the movers were really nice as well, in and out in literally a minute! I'd recommend them for locals looking for some nice new pieces.

I ordered a sofa that was delivered just before Christmas and was loving it until the fabric started pilling. After just a couple months I took a cushion in to ask about the warranty on the fabric as it obviously isn’t suitable for a sofa. They told me I just need to depill it occasionally. Well this is not my first sofa and I have never had to depill one let alone in the first couple months. They asked me to send in photos which I did and I haven’t heard anything from them. Poor customer service and poor quality.
Update - The day I posted this they replied to my email with the photos and said they ate working with the manufacturer on this.

My experience with Cornerstone started when I met the interior designer, Olivia. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and has multiple ideas on how to decorate your home and put things together to make you happy and comfortable with your purchase.I invited Olivia into my home before purchasing so that she could get an idea of the space I had and the style I liked to decorate my home with. She was able to coordinate different styles with colours and measurements that suited my needs. When I met her at the store, she dedicated her time to help me chose exactly the items I was looking for and I made an order.The estimated time for delivery was 8 weeks, but delivery ended up being earlier. I was informed about the date and time - communication was extremely well done. Olivia arrived at the time of delivery and was able to help organize all my new pieces together and make sure that it was everything that I wanted for my space - making me very happy!I would definitely recommend this store for home decor - their style and variety is modern and classy. As well as great help from professional designers! Big thank you to Olivia, great experience☺️
