Picking up was easy. The sales associate was very nice. My only complaint is i never get a notification when my order is in. I have on my profile, my cell number and email address. I have to always call into the store and ask if it's there. It's the same with Ricki's.

I have always liked Cleo and find the quality of product is excellent. I was disappointed that Cleo is not wheelchair accessible at the checkout. My mother in law who is 92 yrs had to struggle to stand up and pay. She has just got out of the hospital recently and this was a real struggle for her. I will not be taking her there again which is sad because she bought a beautiful sweater and has decided she needs pants now and while I feel she would find what she wanted at Cleo it is alot of effort at the checkout for a senior that is a falls risk

Great sales women who helped me and my sister match someclothes! Very helpful! I went to purchase a shirt and noticed a snag. The manager right way ordered me a new one. Great salesperson and manager.

***Cleo Cambridge**is the only store you want to go to if you want to be greeted by your first name…as I am a very frequent shopper. Beta and Wendy are my ladies…go to the store and find out for yourself.. My husband loves to come along.. they store is well laid out, neat and I just buy what’s on the mannequin.. it’s like they know me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️see you tomorrow Beta

This location is phenomenal. I was just exchanging online purchases & the staff was simply amazing! Courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. They found the replacement items quickly & suggested items they didn't sell there. Great shopping experience
