We just had the most amazing experience ever. Had bumper damage after a car reversed into us. Brought the durango to CARSTAR cambridge. Not only did they do a wonderful job on the exterior, but they also reattached the loose rocker panel not caused by accident. They also detailed it inside and out. That saved me the 200 that i was going to pay for my summer detailing ! Thank you Dave ,Jodie and Stu for going above and beyond to make me the Happiest Person ever ! This is my 2st time ever experiencing a level of professionalism and craftsmanship as the whole Carstar team offered . Thank you feom the bottom of our hearts . You guys ROCK !!+

I've gone to this shop a few times, and each time they were friendly, professional, transparent and did great work! They didn't skip corners and they provided excellent customer service to restore/repair my vehicle to its original condition (including small details). In particular, Stewart was honest and great to work with, and should the need arise, I'll certainly use their services again! 6/5 stars!

CarStar is a phenomenal repair place tucked quietly just off CanAmerica Parkway south of the 401 and Townline Rd in Cambridge, On. Everything from the initial contact, to the estimate & updates was superb! They must have a policy of “Under promise & Over deliver” because they did exactly that. Not only was our Touareg repaired professionally & promptly, but it was sparkling inside & out when it was returned to us! How lucky we are to have had such a wonderful experience after a really scary accident!To rate them out of ten…..it would be at least 20!We are more than grateful for this positive experience!Thank you everyone who helped with this for us!?

I chose this place to take my car after a no fault accident occurred, as this was one of the recommends ones by my insurance company. The team there was AMAZING! I had forgotten my drop off appointment after calling 3 days to confirm time because I didn’t write it down…but anyways lol- they were amazing and so understanding and forgiving of me forgetting the date. I received update calls about my cars progress, and it was within the quoted time frame that I got my car back. The best part is that not only did they fix my car- but they detailed my car! It was literally as if it was a new car ?. Hopefully, I don’t have to go back for another fender bender- but if it happens or I know someone that needs car repair I am definitely sending them to Carstars.Ps… Jodi at the front desk is a complete sweetheart!

I HIGHLY recommend Carstar! They go above and beyond for their customers. I have had to use their services twice now. I cannot stress enough….. JUST AMAZING!!!! staff is super friendly and efficient…. the work is outstanding.???.

Not very happy wad told my car would be in for repair most likely before Christmas and I'm still waiting I could have taken somewhere else and got serviced better I had to drive my car around damaged during the holidays I will definitely be checking the quality of this work . Not happy about this at all

Unbelievable customer service experience; the reviews ring true! From the first phone call to picking up the repaired vehicle, every moment of my auto repair was stellar. Staff were very congenial, kept me updated every step of the way, and facilitated my car rental with Enterprise. Not only was my car professionally repaired, it was as gleaming as the day I bought it 8 years ago! I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone needing expert, efficient auto body care.

My car was sent to Cambridge on the recommendation from my insurance company. After a very long delay transporting the car from the impound yard after being a victim in an accident.I can say this they went above and beyond all expectations after being told my car was being repaired. They took the time answering all my questions. Insuring me the my SUV was safe and could be fixed with no issues. Even going so far to tell me they would fix the SUV and then ask me to borrow it and put there own family and children in it and drive across Canada that’s how confident they where it was safe and sound and could be fixed.Once the car was done and ready for pickup way before expected return. It was amazing it looked beautiful and better than I could have hoped for.I will send anyone I know in need of work done to this shop hands down. Even was told if I find or feel something not right after a couple weeks bring it right back they tear it apart and start over if need be.Absolutely 5 star rating in every way possibleThank you CarStar Cambridge

This review is complicated as initially I did not have a good experience. However, I have learned through dealing with Carstar and my insurance company, that the problem was with my insurance company and not Carstar.I can say Carstar does really good work. The parts were installed well and they went the extra mile to polish and detail my car. The car looked the best it has in years.

Nothing but the best service from Allan, Stu, Anna and team at this CARSTAR location. They fixed my tailgate latch, while I waited (!), just enough to have it ok as we wait for a part to come in. I highly recommend this excellent shop for any repairs or glass needs you may have.

My insurance set an appointment with them and after waiting weeks to finally go and get my car fixed, they say they are at capacity and tell me to go somewhere else. So why did they accept the appointment and made me wait? Ridiculous.
