Very unimpressed with a new employee here. Previous to my last two visits I've quite enjoyed shopping at this location. The new employee has a very aggressive sales approach. I asked if a particular item was included in a sale and was met with a very condescending tone because it wasn't.

I drove all the way from Hamilton to this lovely bootlegger Cambridge store & was happily greeted by Sarah!! She was so down to earth, friendly & professional. She helped me pick out the shorts I was looking for. I definitely would recommend this store to anyone looking for great customer service , great clothes and all around positive environment!
