Worst customer experience ever had in a store!
I don't know why the stores like you hire staffs some one who don't even have basic manner to the customer. Instead of being helpful, they were dismissive and unfriendly, which made shopping uncomfortable. I can see numerous people having same worst experience here and the management don't even took any follow ups.
Please give them a training or something to behave atleast.

Worst customer service ever seen! They seem so frustrated even to open fitting rooms..trying to bill original price on discounted clothing unless we remind them that the items are on sale! Else we are cheated. I even felt those customer representatives are racist.

I took my son out for some back-to-school shopping and decided to stop here. The absolute worst mistake. There was a young blonde woman working didn’t acknowledge us when we walk into the store. She was on her phone. The entire time didn’t offer to help as I’m looking for some pants for my son With that being said we went in around 11:30 on Saturday, August 17 as the mall opened at 10 the store was a mess. Everything was pretty much turned upside down. Nothing was tidied away nicely. I asked my son to go over and ask for help to try to find the specific pants that he was looking for and it was like we disrupted her texting back-and-forth. After reading some of these reviews, it seems like it’s the same employee absolutely no customer service not willing to help and the store was a mess. I will never go back to the store. Clearly, there’s an ongoing issue here that’s not being resolved. Good luck with business.

Decided to do a little summer clothes shopping today, every other store I went in was pleasant at the Cambridge centre, great customer service, and everything. And then I went into Bluenotes, I was looking around for shorts for a few minutes, not one of your employees came to greet or help, or even said a hello, or even a single word until I approached them to ask for a certain style of shorts.
Whoever the young blonde you have working there, is rethink. I don’t understand how some people just don’t smile, or even seem like they want to help their customer. She gave me attitude, and like I ruined her and the other employees conversation. Your store doesn’t seem to hire professional people, seems like you guys hire just anyone. It’s CUSTOMER service, and if you can’t even do that at a customer orientated store, I’d rethink your hiring process. I don’t know what it is with these young high school looking girls, but they speak like they’re entitled, even to their customers.
I’d rethink your hiring process, or have a group meeting because obviously your team looks at your store like a hangout. Cheers

I bought some clothes from this shop station. I got introduced to one of their employees named Zachary B. He was so nice, sweet and provided an excellent service. Thank him. However, there were also two girls and they were so rude. Please teach them how to communicate with customers. We felt they were discriminating against us.

I went for shopping with my friend, we were only two and None of one staff member even tried to assist us or even noticed. They were busy with their own chatting. Teach your staff how to behave and smile. We did 300$ shopping from urban behavior that day.

There's a mature manager today that was very rude. I didnt think her heart was in the right place. I was helping my son in the fitting room and immediately opened the door and rudely told us we had to get a number. Lady, if you were there then you could have assisted us properly. Lighten up, it is the holiday season.

July 25th 2023 at 550pm, entered the store with two employees working behind the cash register. I was the only customer in the store. Nobody acknowledged me entering and nobody offered to assist. One employee almost walked right into me while going into the "back room"... I looked at the other employee and he didn't even acknowledge my existence. I stayed for another minute and left disappointed.Hire some employees that care about servicing their customers and you won't end up with bad reviews. Won't be returning again!

Went today there were 3 workers in the store and it was dead didnt even acknowledge inwas there no hello nothing this is the second time iv gone and they dont care about customers very bad customer service !!!
