I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Jason Shaw over the last few weeks and am so impressed with his quick response (15 min before close on a Friday night no less) and terrific follow up. It was such a refreshing change to have a call returned, questions answered and pictures of potential vehicles provided - all before close time on a really cold weekend.I was calling on behalf of an elderly friend who had been given the runaround at another dealer. She needed a vehicle quickly and had a specific type that would work given her age.Jason IS a service-first guy and again, he could have easily politely dismissed my questions and I would have understood.Instead he made me feel like I was the only thing that mattered to him and he did this without being aggressive or pushy.Jason is the guy I'll be going to when I get my next vehicle, for sure.Thank you again,Ann

I bought 5 vehicles with them since 1990.They do have a nice selection of vehicles to choose from over the years. They still do today.They do have a garage that serviced my vehicle. They want us to call ahead to make our appointment before going in.Since I'm a regular customer, they call or email to book an appointment. Most of the time, they wash my vehicle after service.They do have a waiting room if I want to stay and wait for my vehicle, or they also have their own shuttle to take me home and pick me up when my vehicle is ready.One area they have two TVs. We can help ourselves for free coffee, tea, and water using their machine. They do have free WIFI. Their seats are comfortable to sit on. They also have a show area of brand new vehicles around the waiting area. The other waiting room is closed to the Parts Department.They do have Washrooms with wheelchair accessible entrances. They do a good job keeping them clean.They do have parking with wheelchair accessible parking lots and entrances.

I had an awesome experience with Bennett GM. Thank you to Rany & Suzanne for all of your help with leasing a new vehicle. They made the process very easy, I never felt pressured, but still felt valued and they were both always available to answer any questions I had. I felt very welcomed by any staff I interacted with any time I walked in the door! I would definitely recommend Bennett GM to friends and family!

Today I had an exceptional experience at the service department at Bennetts, Cambridge. It was the third time I went to address loss of air to a back tire. As I was approaching to make an appointment Lindsey came to me to inquire about the issue. Lindsey listened to me, she really listened to me with kindness. In a caring way she offered me a chair and a coffee while she looked into it. In a short time she came to me with my keys and said it was looked after. It was a nail in the tire. This was during the noon hour and I was out of there in less than 30- 45 minutes.Thank you Lindsey, you were very kind to me.

Edit: THIS DEALERSHIP CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND REPUTATION, WOW! Completely surprised! 2 hours after my review I got a phone call from Jill Bennett who showed that this dealership is serious about their reputation. She took the time to understand my review and immediately offered a refund of the detailing fee and covered the cost of the lug nuts that should’ve been included originally. She also shared that they have improved the entry point for service. This level of post-sales care is surprising and I’m happy that this dealership values customers even after they walk out the door. Because of this I will definitely be a life long customer of Bennett GM. Thanks so much Jill for the excellent post sales cere.Original review: The vehicle I bought from this dealership so far has been good, however the sales rep attached a $500 detailing fee which is not allowed according to OMVIC, so my options were to pay the fee or walk away from the deal, I really should have reported them to OMVIC. Watch out for this tactic. They also posted pictures of the car for sale with black lug nuts and then said the owner wanted them back and wouldn't reimburse me for the cost as the cost was minimal (I found out today these are $400 lug nuts). I did receive more for my trade in than I wanted, but the tactics were not good. I then took the car in for service and being my first time, I didn't really know where to go and was met with frustration from a customer and a service rep because of that, instead of, you know, explaining or asking if I needed help. Esther in Finance was great to deal with, best finance manager I've worked with. Unfortunately I doubt I'll ever buy a vehicle from this dealership again and definitely won't be bringing it here for service.

Amazing service from the time we came in the door to shop for new vehicle in the middle of very cold weather. Megan S.our sales rep was very helpful and accommodating to our needs, very detailed in explaining all the specs of our new GMC Terrain Denali.We’ve had experiences on different dealerships but Benett top them all.Will be returning again for my husband’s truck in the future.Megan S. you are by far the best sales rep we’ve had, and thank soo much for all your great help. I had a great experience with Bennett Chevrolet. Megan Simpkins showed me a XT5 explained everything and more in a manner I was comfortable with. She answered all my questions with knowledge. And then she facilitated our buying the car with ease. She even called to make sure everything was going great with the car after I had the car for a week. I would recommend Bennett Chevrolet but I would highly recommend Megan Simpkins for your sales consultant.

Buyer beware , the trade in value of used vechicles has tanked in a couple months, even if you have a a prefect one year old trade in !Dealers and manufacturers have become greedy!!That would be why there wasn't anyone in the dealership in a Saturday morning.
