“I have had the unfortunate experience of having my card compromised twice in the last year. The first time, it was like a circus act, trying to figure out what was going on and how to resolve it. When I was finally told that I had to go into a branch, I ended up being assisted by Debbie. Let me just say -- I was incredibly stressed about my bank situation that day. Debbie walked me through everything and completely put my kind at ease. She gets the 5 stars all to herself. The second time I had to go in, just this week, I went out of my way to go to the same branch, hoping she would be working that day. She was, and my process, again, was insanely smooth.

“I had an issue with my credit card and was a bit frustrating as Visa said I had to get the bank to call them and bank said I needed to call. I dealt with, I believe her name was Penny She was a in travel before becoming a teller. She did an amazing job handling my issue. It was concerning to see how rude customers are to the tellers. With fraudsters on the rise people were being asked the easiest of questions to maintain their security and took great offence. One customer threw his card at the teller.”
