They are Scamming and awful people. Went in there to buy a 12 volt USB input for my car and after I purchased it they said “by the way there is no refund on that, if you go outside and try it and it doesn’t work then there’s no refund” I looked down at the product and realized that the package had already been ripped open and was held together by pieces of tape, sure enough it didn’t work, when I confronted them about selling me a known broken product, they admitted they knew it was broken but said it was my fault for taking the risk buying it. They wouldn’t let me return the product that they sold to me knowing it was broken. Don’t buy anything from these people

I tried to redeem lottery tickets and asked for the old lottery ticket back, along with the winning slip. I got the first ticket and slip back, and then he proceeded to throw the others in the garbage. I asked him to retrieve them, without the winning slip. His companion got mad at me for wanting the tickets and slips and started explaining that most people don't want the tickets or slips. When I tried to explain that the first request was honored correctly he kept getting mad and still explained about 'most people'. I should not have had to deal with his anger, and I am not 'most people'. Maybe he needs to engage employees with more retention to customer requests.

Went here after an awful experience at Big Bee Convenience. The service was excellent. When I realized I was a few cents short of what I was hoping to buy, the cashier very generously allowed me to purchase it anyway, paying the difference. Thank you very much!

Small strip mall corner store, kinda pricey.
Has a small, adjoining, outdoor garden centre.
