Worst experience ever. I brought my car few times with same problem and they always assure me they fixed it but it remains same . Its all the wastage of money and your time to visit them. They even cannot figure out problem in my vehicle

Beware with Pal auto service. Worst experience ever. I took my car with some issues with transmission and they guarantee to fix it with some wiring and kept my car for One week. After spending $800 when I took my car from lot same issues occured and I went back there and they recommended me to change the transmission for another $6000. Before diagnosis I told them I'm not willing to spend money to change transmission but they assured me this problem will be fixed. Now after spending $800 and same issues he advised me to change the transmission which I was not interested to begin with. They didn't do any work on my car and robbed my hard earned money. Guys don't go there unless you want to loose time and your money.

Went in with white smoke issue. As per initial assessment I was told issue can be fixed but need check. Took two hour just to connect code reader and give me vague recommendation. As per initial recommendation I did oil change and added adhesive which make issue worst. Now I am not able to drive car and in search for replacement car in rush. In feel like I paid $203 for nothing.

I’ve never had a worst experience with a business. They are incredibly unprofessional and uncooperative. Their service was very slow. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I'm amazed at how honest the staff here were. My car was making noises when braking so I took it in to have them checked. Turns out I needed to have all my brakes and rotors replaced and they showed me how worn out everything was. Really gave me assurance I was in good hands, definitely recommend everyone to bring their cars here!
