My daughter and I visited Caledon East Optical at the end of August. Upon entering, we were very impressed with the bright, open space which enabled us to truly appreciate the details of each pair of eye glasses.Wearing glasses was relatively new to me so I relied on their expertise to guide me in the right direction. Amazing exam - thorough and professional! A beautiful shop with an amazing selection to frames to choose from. And the icing on the cake is having them so close to home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a full service optical experience. The customer service is top-notch!

I came here for an overdue eye exam. I really appreciated the candid explanation of the results and that there was no pressure to buy new glasses since my prescription had barely changed. I did decide to replace the older lenses for my sunglasses and the service was great. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Caledon East Optical.

Very pleasant and professional and great selection of both glasses and sunglasses.Went in to have something small fixed with my reading glasses, although I didn’t buy them there initially they were kind enough to fix at no charge. Great small town business!

Absolutely loved the experience I recieved at Caledon East Optical. I recently changed Optical shops and I will definitely be keeping this one as my permanent one. The customer service is exceptional and variety is up to date in current trends. I would definitely reccomend this place to everyone. You will not be disappointed!

I stopped by because one of my pads on my eyeglasses was broken. The gentleman there kindly replaced both eye pads on the spot, did not charge me and was very courteous and professional. I will definitely patronize Caledon East Optical again and so will my friends and family. Many thanks !!

As someone who always has a difficult time finding glasses to frame a smaller face, Caledon East Optical had so many options! From usually ending up with only a few pairs to choose from, Nikki was able to find me so many choices I almost wanted to go home with 10 pairs!!
