I have brought my car in twice to this shop now and they have done an outstanding job both times. It’s hard to find a mechanic who you can trust to not overcharge you and they never do. My car feels safer than ever! My boyfriend just brought his truck in too. Even though we’re moving an hour away, we’ll probably still make the drive for the peace of mind. Thank you both Renaldo and John for being patient and fair!

We were given false information over the phone when we called to inquire about a service. The rate that we were told was not in fact the rate we were changed. After the service was provided we ended up paying close to 40% more than what was originally quoted. When we questioned the staff they said they had to pay their workers?
We don't mind paying for a service, but there is never reason to lie about the price of the service to lure customers into your shop. Although the service in the shop we good, we won't be returning. Customer transparency above all.
