Laura and the whole team at Zoom are AMAZING! Working at a law firm, many documents need to be sent back and forth between other law offices, clients, banks, etc. Now, with having to work from home, I was concerned with how I would get packages to places on time. It turns out that I did not need to be concerned at all! Laura is super responsive by email, my packages are picked up and dropped off faster than I could have hoped, and the price point is perfect. Zoom was great. They were reasonably priced and able to do my pickups exactly as I wanted. They returned my calls and they worked hard so I didn't have to. The pickup wasn't ready and they went back three times! Laura was very helpful and courteous. Very professional and good customer service
