I was at the store to consult with Sharada Bhat, the Respiratory Therapist. Had an amazing experience. She was kind enough to understand our situation and got us prioritized asap. She also handled our million questions with absolute patience and empathy. Highly recommended!!

Horribly rude and unhelpful I’m disgusted by the treatment I just received. You would think a place that sells medical equipment would have some compassion for a person with an injury and mobility issues…. they don’t. At least the awful woman who was there tonight certainly doesn’t.

I went to buy a new CPAP mask on Saturday. I got my original machine and all my supplies at this location. I saved the packaging from my mask so I would buy the right thing. The clerk disappeared into the backroom with the packaging, came back several minutes later and said they don't have this model or brand. She and the other lady seemed genuinely perplexed. Like I'm trying to buy tires at a furniture store. So I came home and got the mask delivered less than 24 hours later for $85 from Amazon. I've had customer service issues at this store before (seriously rude service), and I now see no reason whatsoever to ever shop there again.

I want to express my thanks to Sharada Bhat, registered respiratory therapist, for all the help she gave my husband in acquiring and setting up his CPAP machine. She went out of her way to help, and her communication with us was excellent. She's a true professional and Wellwise is lucky to have her.

Attitude stuff! I don’t know why some people working if they don’t want to or they’re not liking the job they’re doing?I was looking for a pillow to buy, and very desperately need it, asked the lady there to give me the options, her response was very short and in attitude! So I was like OK BYE

Hadn’t been to the store for a while as I live closer to the Oakville store. Circumstances had me in Burlington and I needed my mothers supplies and I can tell you that they were professional and very helpful. Took the time to talk and ask questions. It not always easy when someone is released from the hospital and you are searching for things at the last moment but they really eased my stress. Thank you

Do not ever use these people for medical supplies. I had nothing but problems getting the correct products and they don't have a wide variety. My last order everything was wrong except for one item. most of the stop cannot even answer basic questions. For example when will the person in charge of my order be getting back from vacation? The answer was I don't know. My next question was could you find out? And the attitude began. Use IDA!

I HAVE to comment on the wonderful support I received from Kelly and Jaya when I went to my appointment to start with a CPAP machine. They explained everything clearly, thoroughly and patiently. Jaya called me the next day and since has been available for questions and encouragement. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store for CPAP treatment.
