If you were a fan of their OG protein shakes, they're gone, and the new ones are unholy abominations.Recently went to get a shake, and it was completely different. The machine they typically use was disassembled, and the ingredients changed. It's still decent, but compared to the original, its a flavorless facade of what once was. The texture has also gone from smoothie to foamy water.... It ain't good.I met the owner when this place first opened, and he was great! My partner and I would frequently stop by after our bike rides to get a shake and have a friendly conversation. After this past experience, it makes me think this place has new ownership. I can't imagine the guy I met would have served what I was given to any customer.If this is the new norm, then RIP to the GOAT $5 shake.2023-2024

Products on the shelves are expired! Sad to only find this out when we actually consumed the products and they tasted very off.
The products expired in December 2022!! See for yourself.
It’s been half a year and the owner/employee did not even bother to take off the shelves. This place is actually a health HAZARD!
If you’re going to purchase from this store save your time, money, and gut by checking their expiry dates.

Had a great experience there. They make awesome protein smoothies, the banana smoothie it’s pretty cool! Very tasty and their protein shakes mix is quite extensive. Haven’t shopped for groceries there yet but some many good stuff all of it organic. Will definitely go back again.

Love this place! Always a great selection of foods in the fridge to grab quickly during my lunch break. The smoothies are made fresh infront of you and customizable. Staff are knowledgeable and greet you every time.

A hidden local gem filled with all sorts of top culinary needs and wants.And don't forget to bring your appetite for a delicious smoothie (my favorite is the chocolate mint) and enjoy some rays and people watching on the charming patio.

Absolutely love this hidden gem. Their farm to table meats are so damn good. Don't even shrink when you cook them. Don't stop carrying them frozen pizzas. And a big thanks to the young lady at the cash for helping my elderly mom carry her bags to the car. You got our business.
