Aman at The Mobile Shop helped me find a better plan for my mobile phone. He stayed beyond his shift time to make sure new plan has activated and also found a way to waive off the activation fee. Nick and Ryan took time to explain the different options so I could get an excellent new mobile phone plan and save significantly on my monthly bill. I returned a couple of times to iron out a few initial wrinkles with the carrier switch over and they remained helpful, polite and patient, making the process easy.
