Terrible experience with customer service. We bought a mattress 3 years ago. After 2 years the mattress start bulging and sagging. We called customer service and sent them all the requested photos of the mattress and the bed frame and bed spring . We did that at least 3 times and everytime they reject our warranty claim because the photos are taken incorrectly. We tried to explain to them that it's hard for seniors couple to keep moving a king size mattress and asked for someone to come and inspect the mattress. Request was denied.

I had a series of frustrating experiences at this Brick location. During my first visit on a Friday night, I clearly stated that I was browsing and had no intention of purchasing anything. Unfortunately, an associate followed me and was overly pushy, offering unsolicited comments on every couch I looked at, making the experience uncomfortable.
When I returned two days later, ready to make a purchase, I encountered a different associate I liked. However, I ran into the same pushy associate again, who belittled me for not choosing her. She suggested I should be more considerate of employees working on commission and even went to her manager to imply that my new associate had "poached" my business. While I understand how commissions work, after that experience, I had no desire to engage further.
To make matters worse, it’s been a week since I placed my order and scheduled delivery, and I was informed today that there is no record of my scheduled delivery. This leaves me without any couches and facing another week of waiting.
To top it all off, I was told on the phone that a manager did not have time to speak with me.

If you want your delivery to be 5 days later than it was confirmed, have your delivery cancelled 5 hours AFTER it was suppose to arrive, for nobody to care that it was not delivered, not respond to calls, have a managers not CALL BACK and RESOLVE your delivery issue then this is the place for you!
As I write this I have been put on hold for the second day in a row “waiting” to talk to their very very busy manager at 7:30pm on a Thursday night who will not fulfil the promises being made.
Then this is the best place to have your time wasted and for nobody to care!

Had a very bad experience after receiving the products. There were scratches on dining table top, and one chair base was ripped. When I sent email with pictures, they tried to negotiate and offered me some credit. Then I found that one of the chairs cannot be assembled because of physical damage and I took it to the store to return. They said they have a no return policy, then I showed them the email where they mentioned physical damages need to be reported within 48 hrs. And the chairs were brand new so no return policy cannot be legal. Anyway they eventually replaced the faulty parts which they had in stock, but the attitude and body language of the employees were very rude which is actually very surprising. And to think I have purchased quite a few products over the years from them. Will not choose this store again.

Look like they are from a third party and they won't bother to cooperate at all.

READ RE: MATTRESS POLICY: Update to my previous review is an unfortunate downturn to this experience. We were told we’d have a price match on a mattress exchange and were swindled into overpaying $1265 ADDITIONAL to get our exchange after we decided to swap mattresses. Horrible experience, the staff are professional liars. We wanted to get a whole new living room set and are going elsewhere. They will never get another dime from us. Too bad because our original experience with the original rep was good and as soon as they had to make good on their promises the whole story and policy changed. Lesson learned.

The delivery guys did an excellent job setting up my chair. Very professional.
