I went in to activate a line at the start of January - the rep working with me named Jewel applied a Device Care Plan at $15/mo on my account without once consulting me. I never get device care. I tried to remove it via app and calling the help line; but because Jewel did this at a store, I was told I have to go back in. So I braved a snow storm in order to avoid hitting another billing cycle - and went and saw Jewel. While feigning ignorance about the whole debacle, she claimed the add on was now removed. But then my new bill comes in - and low and behold the add-on is still applied…despite Jewel rushigly assuring me it has been removed. I was going to go back in today to see her and have this resolved, but she’s called in sick. I am now waiting a few days to hear back from the store manager. I need this add on removed and to be credited for 2 months I should have never paid.
Update to owner: though the matter caused a lot of inconvenience , the team at the store (including Jewel) were eventually able to take care of it all for me.

I just had the most wonderful experience at the Telus store in Mapleview Mall. I was having a frustrating issue with my account and dreaded having to go in, but the staff completely turned my day around. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and genuine eagerness to help. The representative (I wish I'd caught their name!) listened patiently to my complicated problem, and instead of rushing me, took the time to thoroughly investigate and explain everything to me in a way I could understand. They were incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find a solution that worked perfectly for me. I was so impressed with their professionalism, patience, and positive attitude. Honestly, the customer service was truly exceptional – the best I've experienced in a long time! I left the store feeling relieved and valued as a customer. If you need any Telus services, I highly recommend visiting this location. You won't be disappointed!

I had an incredibly upsetting experience at the Telus store in Mapleview Mall, Burlington with a sales representative named Samantha D. I went in to purchase a screen protector for my iPhone, and while browsing, I noticed an item about to fall off the shelf. I simply placed it back, yet as I was exiting the store, Samantha D suddenly stopped me from behind and falsely accused me of shoplifting.
Not only was this accusation completely baseless, but it was also handled in an unprofessional and non-compliant manner. Instead of addressing any concerns appropriately, she chose to humiliate me in front of another customer, causing me unnecessary distress and anxiety. Making her job easier does not justify falsely accusing and publicly embarrassing a customer.
I wouldn’t even give this store one star if I had the option. Telus needs to take immediate action. I urge management to investigate this incident, hold their employees accountable, and ensure staff are properly trained to treat customers with professionalism and respect. No customer should have to go through such an experience.

Micehael R and Sam - we need more of them in the world!! They were extremely helpful with setting up my fiancé’s sim card and iPhone. We were having so many issues and they spent an hour trying to help us set up things. We are so grateful for them and appreciative. They deserve a bonus!!

This Telus store is truly outstanding! Over the years, I've brought numerous friends and family members to this location, all because of one exceptional person: Michael Robak. Michael is, hands down, the best sales representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. His knowledge, patience, and dedication to customer satisfaction make every interaction a positive experience, and he genuinely goes above and beyond to ensure we leave feeling valued and well-supported.
Michael’s dedication is the primary reason we all continue to stay with Telus. His commitment to delivering top-notch service sets him apart and keeps us coming back time and time again.
