Walter and his staff did a wonderful job on my 2011 Toyota Corolla. It has 290,000km and it needed some work, front struts, rear shocks, alignment and new brake rotors. Walter's mechanics did a fantastic job at a very fair price. My aging Corolla rides like a new car again. Thank you Walter

Had a screw in my tire and needed a quick repair. They fit me in right away, and did the job for about $30. Greatly appreciated it. The two other shops in the area that I reached out to were kind (and provided referrals that eventually led me here), but were too booked to fix it. These guys came through. Two thumbs up.

Ted's started charging us for washer fluid without it being requested or needed. Small charge, but annoying when I knew it wasn't necessary. Took my car in this week and topped up my washer fluid beforehand then saw a charge for washer fluid when I picked up my car. Very disappointed in their dishonesty. Wally didn't even bother to go ask the guys in the shop if they had actually put washer fluid in my car or not, which tells me he knew they didn't. Will miss the dogs, but we won't be returning for auto service.

My time at Ted's goes back to the 90s when I drove a delivery van for 9 years in Burlington. My boss sent me there for repairs. Ted and his crew kept my aging GM van alive so I could earn a living.
Work was always done well at fair prices. No padding or up-selling at any time. The golden retriever in the waiting area was a wonderful welcome for us customers.
I referred two other car owners to try Ted's Service.

Been going back to see them for maintenance and minor repairs. They do an amazing job and price is decent. If you’re a dog lover, they got 2 big dogs on site that come to greet you at the door.

This is a special bunch of people. Prices and diagnostics and service you can trust haven't been controlled by corporate monsters. If you want it done right and you don't want to be bombarded with work that is not required, try Ted's. The dog on site has a wonderful temperament.
