SWC is amazing. They do quality work and have fantastic customer service. They are always willing to explain issues and help you make an informed decision without pressure. I have been a customer for years and really trust them. They do their best to be accommodating with schedules and loaner vehicles. The reality is that I'm usually not happy when my vehicle needs repairs but the staff is always friendly and pleasant which makes the experience so much better. I would highly recommend SWC to anyone, and wouldn't bring my car anywhere else.

My son brought his car into SWC when he had an issue with his front wheels and he knew his car was unsafe to drive home from McMaster to Toronto. They immediately offered assistance with no appointment and gave him a loner car to complete his journey home. The repair was completed with full satisfaction. Then they even located his wallet when he forgot it in the loner car. Professional and kind! Thank you for keeping my son safe on the road!

One of the best service center I have visited. Irrespecitve of how old or how new your car is, they treat you with the same respect. Very professional and accomodating. Will always visit this place, if I had to do something on my car.

A great place to go to , friendly helpful staff , and reasonable prices . I went here on a recommendation and was more than pleased . We are a 1 car family and was a little apprehensive about not having a vehicle while my car was being repaired . They offered me a loaner for the day . I will certainly return for service in the future and recommend to any of my family and friends.

Steve, Crawford and Fred took awesome care of me and my
Audi R7S when I visited them with performance issues. They were very professional in their approach providing: excellent reports on what my car required, taking my calls and the time to explain all aspects of the problems and executing the mechanical repairs in a timely manner. 2 thumbs up - I highly recommend using their services.

First time customer. Service and price was good. Way less than Mercedes dealership to get my oil changed. Quick service, only 45min wait. The “thank you” card was a nice touch. ?

I’ve brought my Jaguar here twice now and both experiences have been extremely positive. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful and their technicians seem honest, reliable and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

are you taking over the Total Automotive & Tire location at Walkers/Harvester? any idea where i can find the guy who ran TAT? he has my summer tires and i’d like to get them back.
