Since items are higher end so expect to spend more money, but the sale items can be heavily discounted if your size is still available. “I’m a big fan of decathlon on a normal day. But today I was blown away. All of the people working at the store during the afternoon on Jan 2nd were amazing. I was walking around the store on crutches and at least five different people offered me help lifting or carrying anything. Excellent customer service!”

“I love how knowledgeable and professional Bill is. I was looking for a great pair of binoculars for my upcoming trip to Tanzania. He spoke with me first on the phone. I then visited the store a week or so later and I committed to a pair of Vortex binoculars. He gave me the full 101 course on how to use them.
I was so excited that I showed my hubby what I got that night. He was equally excited and went back the next day and got his own Vortex binoculars that he can use when birding. Bill really showed him the ropes too.
