What a great eye for detail when in for a few repairs very efficient very fast and the repairs have no imperfections perfect I'll definitely be coming back I have a lot more jewelry to fix and a lot more glasses any designer glasses you have broken he fixes those two it's perfect thank you so much I appreciate it my time is valuable and you wasted none of it amazing job can't wait to see you again thank you

I visited your jewellery store with high recommendations, but was very disappointed. My Grandmother's vintage singapore chain necklace is unwearable. I asked the store to repair the necklace with one solder point. As it is a delicate design, although 10 K, it appears that the cleaning of it was too much for the necklace. I received a phone call from Tony yesterday who informed me my necklace was in many pieces and he didn't have another one in stock. When I returned to the store to pick up the pieces, the necklace had been put back together and the young woman I spoke to told me there was no such conversation and that they were not going to repair the necklace. The necklace is shiny and bright, but once again in many pieces. This could have had a much better ending if the store had just recognized the delicate nature of the chain and chose not to repair it.
In reply to your response, I have a reputation as well. I volunteer two days a week at a local hospice and hospital. I have worked in healthcare for 34 years and I have lived in Burlington all my life. I know what I experienced and what I was told on the phone. We will have to differ on my experience.
