I went a couple of days ago to buy a diffuser lamp. I thought it would be nice, but once I got home, I tested it out and it immediately started leaking. I was really disappointed because I had high hopes for it. I spend $90.00 on it.When I went to return it, I thought he would solve the problem and refund my money. But he said according to store policy he is not able to return it because its opened. How would a person buy something, and return it without even testing it out? This has to be the worst store policy I’ve ever seen in my life. I showed him the receipt which clearly said that I am able to exchange if “defect.” of course, the defect would be that its leaking. He tested it out for himself for 10 seconds, and immediately declared “yeah it doesn’t leak.” I am a customer, telling you that the product you sold me is terrible quality and I need a refund or at least an exchange. He still wouldn’t exchange it and I went specifically to the mall for this return. If I could rate this store 0 stars, I would.Not to mention the disrespectful and immature service. What a shame.

Huge scam shop , everything is overpriced to the max. $12 for one pack of pokémon cards when one pack at a regular store is 5.99, candy and drinks priced more than $5 above the regular ask. avoid this shop entirely

On my way back from Niagara Falls I decided to make a pit stop at this mall. As I walked through the entrance, the first thing I noticed was a big Prime bottle advertisement. Excited to finally try this hyped up drink, I quickly ran in looking for the bottle. Obviously other items caught my eye and I decided to look around and play with some of the items on display.You would think toys on display would invite customers to give them a try but this specific blonde haired lady seemed to be very upset with it… I didn’t want to pay too much attention to her because I really just wanted to Prime drink.As user that goes by “An” seemed to have the same experience as I did. “Why do they have to touch everything?” “Why can’t they just look?”I’ve worked in retail for 6 years so I understand when customers don’t put things back in place, you would have the right to be a little annoyed so I always put things back.There were other remarks but I really tried to disregard it as I was on a mini vacation.I find the bottle, I was going to buy plenty and share it with my friends but the person that worked there really left a sour taste in my mouth.I decided not to purchase the drink.This is definitely not a place I want to support.It’s a shame that such a fun store with amazing items has to have some one with such a bad attitude.

Came in on a Tuesday with a small group of friends including my partner just to browse and shop around. My partner picks up a toy on display to see how it works. (it’s one of those toys that records your voice and starts dancing).The older lady worker with the blonde hair was clearly annoyed at us and loudly complains to her co-worker “I don’t understand why they can’t just leave it on the shelf, why do they feel the need to hold it, they can just look at it from there”etc,.Um, excuse me? Keep in mind we were not greeted at the door or anything so I was quite baffled that she would say that indirectly to us..To my understanding (as it is common knowledge as well), products on the display shelves are there for customers to see and test it first hand out of the box are they not? I do not understand why she felt the need to express that out loud to her coworker behind our backs. Clearly to make us feel bad which resulted in us leaving and taking our business elsewhere.The condescending indirect attitude definitely left us with a sour taste and I would strongly suggest that lady to reflect on her lack of humility and kindness.

We bought a toy in this store with regular price yesterday, after one hour, we wanted to return this unopened item, but we were told they could not return money to us, they said we must either exchange for another toy or a gift card and spend money again in their store! Terrible policy and service.

Awesome mall - upper-scale, clean, well maintained, and friendly staff.Parking is a little bit of an issue, but not too bad. I would not recommending coming here in the month of December, though - there simply aren't enough spaces to accommodate the volume of traffic for Christmas shopping.
