“This place was already my #1 go-to store for shoes for the whole family. Selection, prices and customer service are consistently great. The other day though, was a master class in customer service: my family went to get my two young boys fitted for winter boots and the staff went above and beyond to help us, especially trying to get my toddler comfortable to try on boots (no easy feat). We were blown away at how thoughtful and kind all the staff were to us. I want to thank everyone who helped us that day - you handled a potentially difficult situation with such grace and kindness and totally made our day! ❤️”

“A HUGE shoutout to Frank and Louise. I was roaming Mapleview Mall on August 29th when I went into Browns. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I walked around, just looking. Picked up a few different shoes & sandals. Frank noticed and offered to help. Louise then came to help as Frank was on cash. I ended up buying two pairs of sandals which I love. I spent $265 however didn’t even think twice. I was happy. Fantastic service. Louise was super patient as I can be indecisive. Props to this store. I definitely will recommend them and will return.”

“Every time I go into Clark’s I never have a bad experience. The staff are helpful and the manager David is always willing to share his knowledge. I used to wear Nike running shoes but have found Clark’s running shoes are more comfortable and fit my orthotics. So happy with the service I receive.”

“Had to buy shoes last minute for a formal event due to a broken heel. On a Black Friday weekend. I had already been to 4 stores. Things were not looking good.I’ll try Spring, I thought. I’d shopped in Mississauga in the past, and they never let me down.I find a pair that is exactly what I need, but it’s the last pair, and they’re a size up. They were a touch too big, but enter Justin to just save my sanity. I worked retail for years so trust me when I say, the service from Justin was PHENOMENAL. “I get a pair of slippers from here every year. They are the best. This year's however starting shedding and falling apart. I contacted head office. Not looking for anything, just a heads up about the ones I got. They informed me they have a one year warranty and to return them to the store. I brought them in today and the girl was so nice! I am always embarrassed doing returns, but she was awesome. Replaced them on the spot for me. Great customer service”
