I purchased 2 power-assist lift chairs by H2 Seating from Scan Decor. The sales person (Mukhtar) was very courteous and helpful. We had several email exchanges and he was responsive and answered all my questions. The chairs are fantastic! The delivery showed up on-time; they assembled the chairs, set them up and tested them, making no mess and leaving no garbage behind. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely visit their beautiful showroom again.

Mukhtar is very polite ,helpful and very well informed about the choice of furniture required for a small condo. He helped us with the selection of a very unique kind of sofa bed that fit well in a small room and other furniture items. I will recommend him to our friends.

Top marks to Parminder and team. I searched and searched for the perfect chair. Parm made it happen and I love my new H2 chair! The whole process was exceptionally smooth with great attention to detail. The delivery guys made my day today and even though 2.5 hours away, I would buy from Scan Decor again in a heartbeat. We loved our American Leather sofa-bed. However, there was an issue that we wanted to investigate.

Well worth the Drive!We were in the market for a pair of Stressless Chairs.I found Scan Decor on the Stressless website.Scan Decor has an amazing selection of each chair design and size available to check out at your own pace and with no pressure sales.Because we drove from 3 hours away we made provisions to take our newly purchased chairs home unassembled in boxes that we could fit into our truck, so separate trip was required.Scan Decor was very accommodating, had a great selection and most completive prices!

We are so pleased with the custom Natuzzi sectional sofa in quality leather we purchased from Scan Decor with the expert advice from Mukhtar Ahmed. His knowledge and guidance was most helpful in ordering a sectional for our needs. Delivery and installation was arranged seamlessly with the assistance of Parminder Purba.We would highly recommend shopping at Scan Decor for quality products and expert advice.

Having purchased two Stressless chairs many years ago we decided to investigate another purchase to replace our somewhat dated living room furniture. We visited other stores but did not like what we saw.We drove the three hours to Scan Decor and it was worth the drive! Vanessa Critelli greeted us and was excellent in surmising our needs. She answered all of our questions, gave us both wood and fabric samples to take home and guided us through the selection and order process.Our furniture arrived a week ago -about 6 months after order, as promised - and we could not be happier with the outcome. We have had numerous complements, both on the quality of the pieces but also on the style. We fully expect it will age very well.Once again, many thanks to Vanessa and the folks at Scan Decor, including the two gentlemen who delivered our order.

We had such an amazing experience with Vanessa at Scan Decor. Vanessa was honest, friendly, happy, knowledgeable and provided us with options that were not overwhelming. As well, she knew the products that we were looking at in detail. Vanessa also provided personal input and suggestions that we had not thought of. She provided us with the time we needed to decide without being pushy. Her personality was infectious. She also went above and beyond to find out more information for us. Her follow up is exceptional. We are very pleased to have dealt with her and are looking forward to seeing our new bedroom furniture in our new room at home. We will certainly look at more furniture with her in the future. I happened to mention we would be looking for lamps and the next day, she had sent a email with pictures of some suggestions. We researched about furniture and selected Stressless. We checked the furniture and were given a demo of how to use the recliner and on delivery detailed instructions on the care to take withe leather kit. As for pricing Vanessa beat the closest quote by $1300. We now wait for the sofa, when the last star will be awarded.CSP

After selling our home of 20 years and buying a more modern home we decided to look for a modern bedroom suite. We entered the Scandecor show room and were blown away with their modern selection of furniture, we bought their modern white lacquer bedroom suite and a signed, one of a kind vanity chair. They were put into their storage till we closed on our new home 5 months later, no questions asked. The delivery was on time, and the suite was set up by their very professional servicemen…thank you Scandecor, job well done.

The Scan Decor Store in Burlington is well organized and has a spacious showroom. We were met by Vanessa a very patient salesperson.She helped us to understand the type, styles and sizes of Stressless Chairs that they have. We purchased a medium size chair that fit both my wife and I in a cognac colored leather with an additional elevator kit (riser).Now that we have relaxed in our new chair for over a month, we know now that this chair was the right purchase for the family room.Thanks again Vanessa and the Scan Decor experience.We will be back
