I wanted to say that the customer service in this location is outstanding. After hours and hours in the Maple View mall, I found what I was looking for in RW&CO, it was my first time to that store. But I was helped in such a great way by Veronica, who went out of her way to make sure that I got what I needed. She was one of the best people I've ever worked with in a clothing store and I am 61 years old, so I've met a lot. She is so friendly and so professional, a perfect combo, and so committed to doing an outstanding job. I really appreciated the help! Thanks again!

For an extreamly expensive store…. Their refund policy it is ridiculous. The fact that you can’t return clothes if the tags arnt on them is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS. Friends and I Will NOT be shopping there again. Very disappointing especially with the cost of clothes.

I visited this location about a week ago and I was pretty satisfied. I have never actually shopped in any of their stores before so it’s a first time experience (overall) for me. Ladies were helpful with providing outfit ideas, grabbing sizes, and giving their honest opinions. I left feeling good with not only my purchase, but with the service too. I would definitely go back.

Buyer beware - don't buy gifts at this store unless you're happy to advertise what you paid to the recipient. My mum purchased a top for my birthday that didn't fit and she tried to return it with her receipt, the tag (albeit removed) and the gift receipt. The manager was haughty and condescending towards my mum and definitely doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I sent an email to customer service to report to a higher authority and have been waiting on a response for a week now. Their website claims they strive to develop meaningful relationships with their customers and make every experience a positive one.......not so far.

Such a pathetic experience. They charged wrong price than the price marked in website and price shown in the tag for two products. When I noticed and asked a person about this matter they said they can’t do anything if you want we can refund your money. This not a way of behaviour. At least they have to give product as per price. I really like the product so I didn’t opt refund. But i have all proof. Trans#7243 cashier# 566661. Please don’t cheat customers with displaying wrong price in website and tag. I don’t know how many customers you cheated like this. This my first experience in a retail store.

Vanessa was so extremely helpful in helping me select clothes for my upcoming vacation. She was so honest, which I appreciated. I felt like I was shopping a family member.
